Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required on file. This helps us serve all clients efficiently and ensures appointment availability.

We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule, please call or email us.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur 50% of the service fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur 100% of the service fee.
