HB INSIDER CLUB Membership Terms & Conditions
Thank you for using this service, which is owned by Haley Bogaert Face Inc. (“HB Face”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the HB INSIDER CLUB (“Membership Program”) offered by HBFace. By enrolling in the Membership Program (or, if you are a minor, by having your parent or guardian join on your behalf), you agree to comply with these Terms outlined herein.
By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which is expressly incorporated herein. Before signing up for the Membership Program, please carefully review our Privacy Policy. All information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. To the extent there are inconsistencies between these Terms and our Privacy Policy, these Terms control.
2. Membership Options & Commitment
Annual Membership

A 1-Year Annual Membership requires a one-time upfront payment.

It is non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-transferable once purchased.

Benefits and pricing are valid for the 12-month term following enrollment.
Monthly Membership

Requires a minimum commitment of 90 days (three consecutive billing cycles).

After this period, members may request to cancel by providing 30 days’ written notice to info@hbface.com, with cancellation effective after the next full billing cycle.

Memberships are non-transferable.

4. Membership Billing & Payment

Annual Membership: One-time upfront payment due upon enrollment.

Monthly Membership: Billed monthly on the enrollment date, with the first 90 days locked in.

Non-Refundable: All membership fees are non-refundable, including for any unused services or periods of inactivity.

Payment Method: Members authorize HBFace to automatically charge their selected payment method for all applicable fees. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure payment details are current and valid.

Payment Authorization: By joining the Membership Program and by providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third party payment processor) to charge your payment method for all charges you incur for the purchase of the membership on a recurring basis (including any applicable taxes and other charges) (each such purchase, an “Order”). You are responsible for, and agree to pay, all such charges. If we or our third party payment processor cannot obtain authorization for charges to your payment method or if any amounts you authorize us to charge to your payment method are reversed or charged back for any reason, we may, at our option, in addition to any other remedies: cancel or suspend any undelivered portion of your Orders, make second and/or subsequent attempts to charge your payment method, and/or use any other lawful means to collect payment on any outstanding amounts due to us. You will remain responsible to pay all applicable charges for all Orders. You agree to provide and keep current a valid payment method. However, your failure to do so shall not constitute cancellation of any Order. In the event you want to change or update payment information, you can do so at any time by sending us an email. Any applicable taxes and other charges, if any, are additional. We reserve the right to change our membership and other product offerings, and to adjust prices as we may determine in our sole discretion, at any time and without notice; provided, however, that if we change the amounts or other charges associated with your then-current membership, we will provide advance notice of such changes. We will not, however, be able to notify you of changes in any applicable taxes prior to such changes becoming effective. This authorization remains effective until your membership is canceled or otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms.
5. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
12-Hour Cancellation Requirement: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations:
Arriving Late: Arrivals 15 minutes or more after the appointment time may be treated as a no-show and are subject to the same cancellation policy.
6. Membership Cancellation & Termination

Members may cancel after the initial 90-day period by providing at least 30 days’ written notice before their next billing date.

Membership will remain active and billable until the end of the final billing cycle after notice has been provided.
HBFace Termination Rights
HBFace reserves the right to terminate a membership immediately for:

Failure to pay fees

Misconduct or violation of HBFace’s policies (including but not limited to abusive language, inappropriate behavior, or repeated no-shows)

Any breach of these Terms

No refund will be issued in the event of termination due to misconduct or unpaid fees.
7. Program Modifications & Termination

HBFace may adjust membership pricing, benefits, services, or these Terms at its discretion with 30 days’ advance notice to members.

Changes will not apply retroactively to active annual memberships but may apply upon renewal.

If HBFace discontinues the Membership Program or any location, members will be notified and may not be entitled to refunds for unused services or remaining membership terms, unless required by applicable laws.
8. Privacy & Data Use
By enrolling, you consent to HBFace’s collection, use, and storage of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy located at: https://hbface.com/pages/privacy-statement.
We are committed to safeguarding your personal data and comply with applicable privacy laws in Ontario and Canada.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Membership Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and any related disputes or claims, are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. By enrolling, you agree that any legal proceedings will be handled in accordance with Ontario law and in Ontario courts.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS WE, ON BEHALF OF OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, EXCLUDE AND DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSSES AND EXPENSES OF WHATEVER NATURE AND HOWSOEVER ARISING INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT; LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF DATA; LOSS CAUSED BY A VIRUS; LOSS OF INCOME OR PROFIT; LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES; OR OTHER LOSSES OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ENROLLMENT IN THE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER BASIS.

IF ANY PART OF THIS LIMITATION ON LIABILITY IS FOUND TO BE INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THEN THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR LIABILITIES THAT OTHERWISE WOULD HAVE BEEN LIMITED SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain kinds of limitations or exclusions of liability, so the limitations and exclusions set out in these Terms may not apply to you. Other jurisdictions allow limitations and exclusions subject to certain conditions. In such a case the limitations and exclusions set out in these Terms shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of such applicable jurisdictions.
